McKinney wins ORCA 2012 Winter Seasonal Tournament with perfect 5-0 score
Chris McKinney continued his winning streak at ORCA events with 5 victories in January 14th's Winter Seasonal tournament. Natanel Monosov took top honors in the Reserve section with a similar 5-0 score. Complete results for the tournament can be found HERE.
McKinney wins 2011 National Chess Day event with perfect 4-0 score
Chris McKinney won the ORCA-sponsored Fall 2011 National Chess Day tournament on Saturday, October 8 with a perfect 4.0 score in the Open section. Joe Hernandez took second place in the Open section. Alan Buschmann and Nathan Smith tied for 1st-2nd in the Reserve section with a 3.5 score. Congratulations to the prize winners and thanks to all who participated.
